The West Virginia University Young Democrats promote student political advocacy and community service. Meetings are held on Thursdays at 7 pm in the Blackwater Room of the Mountainlair. The organization established committees ranging from event-planning, fundraising and service activities, and created a WVU Young Democrats’ Womens’ Caucus.
